The unique flavors of Gaziantep such as the famous Antep Katmeri, Antep Yuvalaması, Ekşili Ufak Köftesi, İçli Köftesi and Yapma are produced and presented to consumers in Coolcook's R&D Kitchen located in its facilities established on a 4000 m² closed area in Gaziantep 2nd OSB.
