Preheat the oven to 180-200 °C with the tray. Place the katmer with its paper on the tray and place it in the oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the top turns golden brown. After the katmer is cooked, turn it upside down on a serving plate, remove the baking paper, add ground pistachios and serve.
